Black & White Rent-A-Car Rental Policy

Our rental policy requires that all renters have a major credit card, preferably American Express, Visa, Master Card or Discover. California residents must have full coverage insurance consisting of Liability, Comprehensive and Collision coverages that will fully transfer to a rental vehicle. Non-residents of California must have a major credit card and preferably an American Express card that will insure the rental vehicle.


Vehicle Replacement

Black & White Luxury Collection provides replacement vehicles when your vehicle is being serviced or repaired at a Factory Dealership, Body Shop or Repair facility. We can also directly bill all major insurance companies during insurance claims.

Guaranteed Rates

Black & White Luxury Collection will guarantee the vehicle and rate when a reservation is confirmed, or we will offer an upgrade and honor the reservation rate.

Additional Services
Shuttle Service

Our complimentary shuttle service is for customers within a five (5) mile radius of our rental office.

Our courtesy shuttle service provides pickup to and from the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Please make arrangements for this request in advance

VIP Services

We will proudly meet, greet and deliver any of our rental vehicles to clients at your home, office or Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) for a nominal fee. Requests must be made in advance. A valid drivers license, credit card and insurance carrier is required prior to delivery and return.
